Mr. Kales is admitted to practice law in Virginia and is a Virginia Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. He is on the executive board of the Collaborative Professionals of Northern Virginia and the Virginia Collaborative Professionals’ Outreach Committee. Additionally, Mr. Kales is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Virginia Mediation Network, Virginia Joint Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution, and the Virginia and Fairfax Bar Associations.
Mr. Kales has presented seminars on various family topics, including Collaborative Divorce, mediation, separation and property settlement agreements, divorce procedures, and enforcement and modification of settlement agreements and final decrees of divorce. In service to his community, Mr. Kales serves as a volunteer mediator through a community dispute resolution service.
